PRODUCT PAA-SF-Liner™ – Polyester The PAA-SF-Liner TM is a high quality liner designed for renewal of gravity pipelines. The PAA-SF-Liner TM consists of up to 90% regener- ated fibers and is a multi-layered polyester needle felt, coated with high temperature resistant polypropylene (PP). The PAA-SF- Liner TM is available in diameters ranging from DN100 mm to DN2000 mm with wall thickness ranging from 3 to 46.5 mm. The PAA-SF-Liner TM is tailored to each individual installation at our ISO certified factory. The liner can be designed to fit into pipe sections with dimension changes. This enables the installer to renew several hundred metres at a time. The PAA-SF-Liner TM can be inverted into the existing pipe by means of water or air pressure. RESIN The resin consists of an high quality Polyester specially developed for CIPP systems. This enables the installer to use the PAA-SF-Liner TM for renewal of different applications ranging from stormwater pipes to wastewater pipes. PERFORMANCE The PAA-SF-Liner TM has been used by the Aarsleff Group for renewal of gravity pipelines for more than 40 years. Experience from more than 200,000 installations is incorporated in our design of one of the most proven liners on the market. Each liner will be designed to withstand external loads. Structural design is conducted according to Danish Construction Association, WRC or DWA-A143-2. All raw materials are supplied from specially qualified suppliers. The quality of all raw materials used for manufacturing the PAA-SF-Liner TM is closely monitored by our own laboratory. The PAA-SF-Liner TM is approved with the coating as an integrated part of the installed pipe by the German DIBt. Field tests have proven that the PAA-SF-Liner TM in combination with a high quality polyester has an expected lifetime of up to 100 years.
