PRODUCT PAA-SF-Liner™ – Vinylester The PAA-SF-Liner™ impregnated with vinylester resin is a high quality liner designed for renewal of industrial gravity pipelines. The PAA-SF- Liner TM consists of up to 90% regenerated fibers and is a multi-layered polyester needle felt, coated with high temperature resistant polypropylene (PP). The PAA-SF-Liner™ with vinyelster resin is available in diameters ranging from DN150 mm to DN1000 mm with wall thickness ranging from 3 to 18 mm. The PAA-SF-Liner™ is tailored to each individual installation at our ISO certified factory. The liner can be designed to fit into pipe sections with dimension changes. The PAA-SF-Liner™ with vinylester is inverted into the existing pipe by means of water or air pressure and afterwards heat cured. PERFORMANCE The PAA-SF-Liner™ has been used by the Aarsleff Group for renewal of gravity pipelines for more than 25 years. Our experience from different types of industrial applications provides a high knowledge in which areas the PAA-SF-Liner™ with Vinylester is preferable. Each liner will be designed to withstand external loads and the chemical content. Structural design is conducted according to Danish Construction Association, WRC or DWA-143-2. All raw materials are supplied from specially qualified suppliers. The quality of all raw mate - rials used for manufacturing the PAA-SF-Liner™ is closely monitored by our own laboratory. The PAA-SF-Liner™ is approved with the coating as an integrated part of the installed pipe by the German DIBt.
